3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided by our support team.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to request an exchange.
