The work I do as a health coach is not only important, it’s essential. You don’t have to be drugged up on medications your whole life. Stop merely masking illness and disease. That is what most medicines do, they mask the disease or only reduce the physical effects of symptoms. ‘How are you?’ really means, “how is your disease?” “Alive and well thank you. It’s just lurking beneath the surface. I take these 3 pills to reduce symptoms, but because of the side effects, I have to take these other 3 pills.” Before you know it, you are taking nine different medications and your specialists have to do algebra to figure out what to prescribe next.
It’s about saving lives and improving the quality of life. This can be done with mind state, lifestyle, nutrition and exercise. If you want meds, try this:

S is for a good night’s Sleep.
That’s all the meds most people need.
