‘Tis the Season and the Prospect for a Fabulous New Year
Greetings for the Holidays: Christmas, Hanukkah, along with any other Winter festivities you enjoy!
As a customer of Optimal Health Bridge, I want to thank you for your dedication in caring for yourself. Practicing self-care is an important part of our health journey. After all, it’s a personal responsibility.
As the new year approaches, it’s a good time to reflect on the past year and think about what we can do to make the most of the year ahead. One thing that can help us make the most of the new year is to close out the old one with love and appreciation for the people and experiences that have made a positive impact in our lives.
By embracing love and gratitude, we can start the new year with energy and a positive attitude. This can help us be open to opportunities that come our way and achieve our goals with a sense of purpose and direction. So let’s make a commitment to ending the year on a high note and starting the new year with energy and enthusiasm. Happy New Year!
All of us here Optimal Health Bridge wish you a happy and healthy new year. May the new year bring you all the blessings and joy you deserve. Wishing you all the best for a successful and fulfilling year ahead.
“What lies behind us and what lies before us are small matters compared to what lies within us. And when we bring what is within us out into the world, miracles happen.” ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
Let go of the past, welcome the promise of tomorrow and the wonders it may bring!

PS You have 20,000 genes that make up to 400,000 proteins that make us who we are. The number of cells in the body can range from 35 trillion to 70 trillion.
We are complex human machines that originate from two cells. One from mom and one from dad. Many of the traits you carry are genetically encoded and the rest we imbibe from our environment. While the likelihood that if dad had high blood pressure you will too is NOT written in stone.
Don’t assume the negative. There is plenty of room to flip switches in the genetic code to achieve a different outcome. Likewise, many of our missteps are the causes issues, many times the habits we develop in our younger years. Your body wants to survive and thrive. We just need to acknowledge who we are and understand that we have a role to play on this earth. Stay healthy through the Winter Arctic Air!
