You can’t make this stuff up. Man suffers heart attack while eating at the Heart Attack Grill. You are what you eat and be careful of what you wish for!
It’s okay to eat out and eat beef once in awhile. I prefer that you eat grass fed beef and that only sparingly. Also be sure to eat twice or three times as much veggies as meat. Then take 2 Omega-3 fish oil capsules if you are supremely healthy, 4 per day if you have risk factors, and 6 per day if you have been diagnosed with heart disease.
Best to take in two doses, morning and evening.
