If your body mass index number is over 24.9 you are creeping into the overweight classification. Eat less sugar and processed carbs. If you cut out bread for example, a simple carbohydrate, your system will have less sugar to deal with. Most overweight people can easily lose 10 to 20 lbs by eating more vegetables and protein and less simple carbohydrates.

All processed foods have simple carbohydrates or sugars which turn into fat quickly, it’s an energy storage system you need for survival. But if you don’t burn up enough of those sugars you will gain weight. It’s guaranteed.
