Breathing: Can you hold your breath for more than two minutes?
The point of it all is to be healthy which allows happiness. It works the other way too. Happiness breeds good health. You can go weeks without food. You can go days without water, but it’s hard to go more than a few minutes without breathing. I’ve been practicing breathing for the last month. I’ve been on a learning track how breathing properly, how to breathe deeply. The practice can go so far as to affect one’s immune system. We have become a nation of shallow breathers.
