We’re going to get to the point of strengthening immunity, boosting immunity, and balancing immunity. Balancing may be really the keyword here, but in the meantime, I wanted to talk a little bit about how the immune system is actually constructed and how it works in your body. Henry Ford said, “If you think you can, you’re right. You can. If you think you can’t, you’re also right. You can’t.” And it’s that way with coaching as well. So basically what a coach is going to do is give you some guidelines, some barriers about what not to do.
I spent a good part of a decade in India. And later on, I moved over to China and I spent three years in China teaching at a local school and also teaching business English to the famous Johnson & Johnson Company, where their Chinese leadership had to travel and go overseas and make business deals and use English as their link language to be able to conduct business.
