100 PUSH UPs A Day –

Ten Percent of the population likes to exercise. 90% hate it. (I don’t know that. I just made it up. But it’s close to the truth!) It’s the people that understand that exercise brings health, happiness, joy and endorphins. So let me help you to do 100 push ups a day. It’s actually easier than you think. 

If you are man, get in a full plank position and lower yourself down and then back up. That’s one. 

Repeat. Until you can’t do any more. It might be five or ten. 

Take a break. Sip some water. Switch the channel on the TV. 

If you did ten the first time. Do ten more. 

Take a break. Go outside. Take in ten deep breaths. Go back to work. 

Doing 100 push ups is not hard even if you do only 5 at a time. If you like watching TV, do a set up push ups at every commercial break. 

You’ll get the 100 push ups in within the hour. 

Secret tip: If you take 30 deep breaths in and exhale hard from your stomach. You can double your number of push ups in a set. 

If your toes hurt, if fine to do the push ups from your knees. Women should do push ups from the knees. Get into it. And love it.
