Shipping & Refund Information

Auto Ship Orders generally are set up with FREE SHIPPING, unless the first bottle is free, then we charge a minimum shipping amount; future orders will be with free shipping. Look for Auto options on most of our products. If you don’t see an auto ship for a product, just ask and we will create it for you.

In order to make it financially feasible to include the shipping cost without charging more, most options are for a 3 month cycle. As a matter of convenience, Auto Ship helps to keep you stocked and you never need to run out of products you need again! Occasionally, we add a free sample product to auto ship orders as a bonus. For regular orders: Low Cost, Subsidized Shipping: Our shipping/handling rates are subsidized. We do this as a means of helping our customers get the best deal possible. Most of the time, we are the lowest priced! See rates for shipping below. We pay shipping on auto ship orders and on regular orders of $299 or more in the fifty states. A heavy order charge will apply for any air service if it exceeds two pounds.

Note: If you need expedited service and your order is over the weight limited, we will contact you to confirm the price or make arrangements for the most important products reach you on time.

Shipping Process: Order processing takes place Monday – Friday. Orders are not processed on the weekends or public holidays. Same day processing automatically happens for orders received before 11am. Then add travel time depending on method of shipment and your location to our shipping facility in Maryland. Mid-Atlantic states enjoy Next Service using UPS Ground. This includes most destinations in PA, NJ, NY, VA, DC, NC. Tracking Information will be sent to your email address as soon as the order is processed. We will ship to Great Britain and Australia. Other countries, you must request service. Under no circumstances can we ship to any countries in Africa except South Africa. Customers from those countries should arrange with a relative or friend living in the United States to forward products for them.

  • Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
  • Returns Policy for unopened products: Full refund if returned within 4 weeks.
  • Open bottles cannot be taken back due to cGMP regulations and protocol.
  • If you feel you need to return an unopened product more than 8 weeks after purchase, we can issue 50% of the lowest sale price of the product as store credit, as a courtesy to you.  
  • No refunds will be issued without the return of the product.

Please include your original packing slip and/or invoice. It’s best to use a service with tracking, either postal or UPS. Most people experience better mood once getting on a daily Omega-3 regimen and it’s good to know that your are offsetting the pro-inflammatory fatty foods, known as “junk food”. The main health benefits that are measurable by testing are reduced inflammation as shown by a C-Reactive Protein test. And the reduction in triglyceride levels are clearly demonstrable within 90 days.  Cholesterol is modulated if enough Omega-3 epa/dha are ingested. Dr. Barry Sears says a healthy person should consume 2.5 mg of EPA/DHA per day which is approximately 4 capsules a day.
