He said this is disc damage. The muscles locked up in order to protect the disc. I thought my muscles were at fault and being 'stupid'. In fact, they were being very smart. They had more sense than I consciously had. I got a treatment and he was able to loosen things up a bit and moved back towards alignment although I will need another treatment on Thursday. No walking or running for the next few days. For those of you who took me to task for trying to run on Sunday, it was merely a walk with a light jog. I don't think I did any extra damage. The very bottom line is that I take nothing for granted and give a load of appreciation for being wonderfully engineered.
